What really stood out during my experience was how often the Hired team checked in with me, plus the quick replies from the recruiters on the platform. Hired felt like the only place where my applications actually mattered and didn’t just disappear into thin air.

Hired.com takes the cake as the most demanding and least effective job-matching platform I've ever encountered.

Even with endless notifications saying, "employers on Hired are eager for candidates like you!" and my pretty solid resume, I didn't get a SINGLE message from any employer on the site.

What’s also pretty frustrating is having to keep going back to your profile to reactivate it, since your visibility to employers gets turned off after just 10 days of being promoted. This feels like a sneaky tactic designed to keep you hooked on the platform time and again.

Many fascinating companies have reached out for interviews through Hired, aligning perfectly with my desired role and the kind of company culture and size I’m looking for.

I really wish there was an easier way to sync my availability from Google Calendar. Also, a reminder (either email or text) would be super helpful to let me know when my availability needs a refresh.

Hired simplifies the process of looking for work. If you can spare some time, it's absolutely beneficial to invest effort into creating a solid profile and completing the assessments.

The process for arranging an interview is really smooth - creating an availability calendar, checking and replying to interview requests, and booking meetings. Plus, I find that the employee profiles are easy to create, and the assessments and badges are designed thoughtfully.

Now, the companies you might chat with could be a bit less pleasant, unfortunately. But fingers crossed, they can sort that out.

When they reach out for an interview and mention a salary of, say, 100k, then after the chat, they claim 70k is the max. That’s just setting folks up for disappointment. If they don’t mind wasting time, I sure don’t want to waste mine.

It’s totally fine to send a message saying they can’t offer 100k but might have something else to pique your interest. Just be upfront that the highest they can go is 70k. If you’ve already gone through the interview, you probably know what you’re aiming for.

The number of replies I received is awesome when stacked against other platforms. The whole love, acceptance, and rejection thing lets me pick who I chat with, which really saves me a lot of time.

What a terrible encounter! I spent a bunch of time creating a profile with them. I sent in my profile about 4-5 times, but they keep saying it’s not visible due to a lack of job opportunities for PMs out there. That’s just plain false, as there are tons of companies looking for technical PMs right now. I even reached out to customer support, and they told me to try resubmitting my profile in 3-4 months. Seriously? I need a job now, how’s that gonna help me?

I had a fantastic time with Hired! Almost right away, I got an interview offer, and by the end of the day, I secured a new position through Hired! The support I received was top-notch, with helpful website popups and consistent emails from the crew. I'd definitely consider using Hired again if I ever want to switch jobs.

Hired serves as a great platform linking businesses with job hunters. I totally recommend it to all.

On Hired.com, I see a ton of job listings popping up, and I’m able to check out cool positions every week. I really believe I’ll land a new gig pretty soon.
